How can I pay?
The payment methods accepted at www.sirsafetyshop.com are: Advance Bank Transfer, Paypal, Credit Card/Prepaid Card and Google Pay. SIR Shop uses third party payment processing tools and does not come into contact with payment data in any way. Therefore, in the event of payment by credit card, you will be connected to PayPal page, which provides the relevant remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access it in any way.
What is the delivery time?
The goods will be delivered by couriers such as DHL and/or GLS within 2-3 working days from the conclusion of the contract. Transport costs shall be borne by SIR Shop for orders exceeding Euro 80 excluding VAT. Deliveries are made during working hours and on weekdays to the address indicated by the User and according to the method specified in the order summary. Ordered items are usually dispatched within 24 hours from the receipt of payment. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, according to the following table of purely indicative value:
- Italy (islands excluded): 2 working days
- Italy (islands): 3 working days
- EU: 4 working days. Working days
SIR Shop delivers to the following countries: European Union countries.
Upon delivery, the User is required to check the contents of the package by specifying on the delivery form any anomalies and, if so, accept the package "with reservation".
Can I change size?
You can exchange your size within 14 days from the day you receive the products purchased on www.sirsafetyshop.it. Please follow the instructions under 'How can I proceed with an exchange'.
How can I proceed with an exchange?
You can proceed with a size exchange within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.sirsafetyshop.it. Shipping costs for the return or replacement of goods are at user’s charge. Please read and make sure you comply with all the modalities contained in the section www.sirsafetyshop.it/TerminieCondizionigeneralidivendita under the heading "Return Policy".
To make a replacement, follow these instructions:
Inform us of your decision by filling out the "Return Form" which can be viewed and downloaded online in your Personal Area if you are a "Member". Fill out the "Return and/or Exchange Request Form" in your Personal Area and attach the document duly filled out. If, on the other hand, you placed your order as a "Guest", send us an email with the subject "Return and/or Replacement Request - Username and Order No." to email@example.com with the "Return Form" attached duly filled out.
How can I proceed with a Return?
As a purchaser, you can exercise your Right of Withdrawal by making a return within 14 days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on www.sirsafetyshop.com. How and when will I be refunded?
SIR Shop will issue a credit note in your favour using the same payment method used at the time of the order. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods after Sir Safety System S.p.A. logistics has verified that the standards and procedures reported in the section www.sirsafetyshop.it/TerminieCondizionigeneralidivendita under "Effects of Withdrawal" have been respected.
